Alyssa Donnelly is a Licensed Professional Counselor with a Master's Degree in Counseling from Wichita State University and a Bachelor's Degree in Education.    She utilizes both behavior modification techniques and play therapy to assist children and their caretakers in dealing with problems such as ADHD, divorce, depression, anxiety and behavior disorders.  Alyssa has been working with children, adolescents and adults for almost ten years, and is energized by applying her skills to help others through their struggles.

 

 

James A. Smith, MS, LMFT

James is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who earned his Masters Degree from Kansas State University.  While James works full time as a therapist he also teaches College Psychology and Sociology at Trinity Academy.

 

James has extensive experience in assisting families in their efforts to become healthy as well as educating families and teens in life skills.  Whether in the class room or in a therapy session, James has an approach that combines his faith, humor and love for families to assist with bringing joy to broken relationships and encouragement to strengthen and motivate change.  You can visit www.heritagefcs.com for more information about him and his practice.

 

 

Sue Giblin, TCK Education Consultant

Susan is an independent education consultant with a Master's Degree in Education from Temple University and a certification to teach Special Education from the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.  She has worked with children in both regular and special education as well as in residential, home, and school settings.  Susan worked as a Cognitive Rehabilitation Specialist, working with both adults and teens in brain injury rehabilitation.  For the past six years, Susan has worked primarily with children and families living outside of the United States, providing education support through academic testing, curriculum consultation, and speaking at conferences.  She has served families in over 35 countries, providing on-site consultation for families in countries such as Turkey, Russia, Greece, Poland, United Arab Emirates, Oman, Serbia, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan and Hungary.  Currently, Susan lives in Colorado Springs, CO and provides coaching to families both in Colorado Springs as well as around the world.
